- A Windows desktop application with its own installer. It runs on the pharmacy's computer and needs no internet connection. It backs itself up every day and keeps the last seven backups. An encrypted copy can also be emailed off site whenever the computer is online, which the pharmacy can switch on.

Does PharmaONE need an internet connection?
No. It runs entirely on the computer it is installed on, so sales, stock and reports all work without a connection.
What happens to our data if the computer fails?
PharmaONE keeps daily backups on the machine, and you can enable encrypted off-site backups that are emailed whenever the computer is online.
Can it manage more than one branch?
Yes. Stores are managed from one system, each with its own stock, receipts and reports.
Does it handle dispensing staff and managers differently?
Yes. Admin, Manager and Staff roles control what each person can see and do, and activity is logged against individual users.
